Our Story

Like many great South African stories, Le'Vasco started with a big dream in a small space. Our journey began in a rented garage in Equestria, Pretoria East. In those early days, it was the owners themselves standing at the stoves—experimenting, cooking up a storm, and hand-cleaning every single chilli one by one to find the absolute perfect blend.
 

It was a time of immense challenge. With just a tiny vehicle, a lot of determination, and a hands-on team of three people doing everything—from cooking and bottling to cleaning and hand-delivering—we began building our very first customer relationships

From Passion to Expansion

As our reputation for quality and flavor grew, so did the demand. Word of mouth spread, orders started pouring in, and our tight-knit team of three grew to five, and eventually expanded into the dedicated factory team we have today. To accommodate this incredible growth, we transitioned from that garage into a fully structured, manufacturing facility.
 

Today, we are incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. What started as a local Pretoria East venture has taken Gauteng by storm and expanded deep into the Free State, Mpumalanga, and Polokwane. Most recently, we marked a massive milestone by reaching the shelves of OBC Blockman all the way in the Cape Town region!

Our Vision

Our journey is only just beginning. Our goal is to bring the bold flavors of Le'Vasco to every corner of South Africa. We are actively targeting placement in all OBC Butcheries and Roots Butcheries nationwide, while continuing to supply and support independent wholesalers, restaurants, and local butcheries. Beyond our borders, we have our sights firmly set on the international market.

Innovation is at the heart of what we do. We are constantly experimenting and plan to introduce exciting new sauce and spice lines to give the public exactly what their tastebuds are searching for.
